Hiring: AI Business Analyst / Intelligent Automation Consultant (Hybrid – Charlotte, NC)
We're hiring an experienced AI Business Analyst to support a large-scale Intelligent Automation and Generative AI initiative with a leading financial services organization.
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Extension Possible)
Max payrate: $62.00 an hour on W2
• Partner with business and engineering teams to deliver AI and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, manage backlogs, and support Agile delivery.
• Translate complex business processes into AI-driven solutions using GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Support UAT, product demos, stakeholder communication, and SDLC governance.
Business Analysis / Business Execution / Product Ownership
Intelligent Automation or AI/GenAI project experience
Agile, User Stories, Backlog Grooming, UAT
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
