We're launching a company-wide AI transformation initiative—and we're looking for AI Automation Associates to help transform how work gets done across our organization.This is an entry‑level role designed for a recent Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Data Science, or related graduate who has spent the last several years learning how to leverage AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to solve real‑world problems.In this role, you'll be paired with experienced subject matter experts in a specific area of our business to identify repetitive work, build AI‑powered solutions, and help teams spend less time on manual tasks and more time creating value.Unlike many traditional entry‑level technology roles, you'll work directly within a business function to deliver meaningful AI‑driven improvements while remaining part of the Technology organization for mentorship, continued training, and career development.
