Pay Range: $50-$56/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Python to lead the design, modernization, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and technical leadership in building AI-powered applications, modernizing legacy systems, and driving cloud adoption initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to define AI strategy, architect scalable solutions, and deliver secure, production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
• Build AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and LLM-based enterprise solutions.
• Drive application modernization and legacy code transformation using AI-assisted development approaches.
• Design scalable AI solutions for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define AI architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices.
• Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), solution design workshops, and technical reviews.
• Mentor development teams on AI architecture, implementation, and deployment.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI architecture.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience designing AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI workflows.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or other enterprise LLMs.
• Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and cloud-native platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional IT experience, including significant experience architecting enterprise AI solutions.
