In this role, you'll manage inventory, prepare orders, coordinate daily workflows, operate equipment, and help keep the facility running efficiently. What You'll Do

No two days are exactly the same. Depending on the season, you may:

• Prepare products and orders for the operations team
• Coordinate inventory of seed, fertilizer, chemicals, and merchandise
• Load, unload, blend, mix, and transfer products
• Use technology systems to manage daily operations
• Track inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Help maintain safe and organized facilities
• Operate forklifts, loaders, and other equipment
• Support customer needs and team success
• Help improve efficiency during busy seasons

Bonus Qualifications

• CDL or willingness to obtain one
• Applicator license or willingness to obtain one
• Experience in agriculture, warehouse, logistics, or operations

What to Expect

This is an active role that includes lifting, climbing, operating equipment, and working indoors/outdoors in changing weather conditions. Seasonal overtime, weekends, and extended hours may be needed during peak times.
