Agricultural Loan Officer – Missouri (Community Bank)

Are you passionate about the Ag industry and ready to make a real impact in your rural community? A well-established, family-focused community bank in Missouri is looking for an Agricultural Loan Officer to build lasting relationships with local producers and agribusiness clients.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field—literally—meeting with farmers, learning about their operations, and helping them access the financial tools they need to grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of agricultural and rural loans

  • Call on prospects and clients to develop new relationships

  • Analyze credit risk and structure loan packages

  • Ensure portfolio profitability and credit quality benchmarks are met

  • Collaborate with an experienced support team and approachable executive leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years in community banking or lending

  • Strong personal or professional background in agriculture (farm/ranch experience is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Sound judgment and negotiation ability

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Why Join This Bank?

  • Strong reputation and long-term client relationships

  • Supportive, team-first culture with very low turnover

  • Competitive compensation and full benefits package

  • Real opportunity to grow your career in a respected, stable institution

Interested? Apply with your resume, or contact Nash Wergin directly at nash.wergin@gogpac.com for more info. We work with strong community banks across Missouri and the U.S.—if this isn’t the right fit, we’ll help you find one that is.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
