Position Summary Responsible for performing all tasks related to customer agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Processes new, updated, and canceled recurring agreements Prepares weekly open MRR Project ticket update report for the Executive team Monitors new agreement projects for set-up fee and monthly billing start up Work with Sales to determine agreement changes including additions and cancelations Manage Agreement Board Manage internal product numbers; add new company SKU’s Administer vendor portals and quoting software Prepares monthly agreement updates of counts and usage Prepares monthly agreement billing discrepancy report Prepares all monthly, pro-rated, and usage invoices Engages customer for payment collection purposes to ensure using the approved collection process. Backup for OTC Specialists (HW/SW Orders & Projects) as needed Stays up to date on all trainings and certifications for software and business partners Other duties as assigned by management
Education/Experience/Certifications 3 years or more experience in OTC or contract administration required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college preferred.
