This Aging Care Manager 3 role works as part of our Protective Services team. We support individuals who are unable to carry out the activities of daily living, manage their own resources, or protect themselves from abuse, neglect, or exploitation by providing case management and intervention to improve their living situations. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this Aging Care Manager 3 position, you will receive and investigate reports of neglect and abuse of the elderly, perform intensive care management and advocacy, and provide professional guidance about protective services. Your specialized duties and independent judgment in achieving objectives will ensure critical support and intervention are provided within strict timeframes needed to protect our elderly and aging neighbors. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
