Introduction
This individual will help oversee the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space while helping the team to meet enterprise agile transformation goals. They will also work with a team of Scrum Masters and project managers to help develop and drive cross-portfolio initiatives aimed at scaling and incorporating mandatory enterprise routines for application management and governance into traditional agile routines, improving end-to-end (E2E) team collaboration, and improving visibility of E2E delivery across the portfolio.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge and exposure to agile practices
- Strong communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and the ability to provide candid but caring feedback
- Problem-solving skills to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise change requirements and deliverables
- Experience supporting cross-portfolio scaling initiatives
- Ability to resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the team
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity
- Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team
- Support the team in removing impediments
