Job Title: Agile Scrum Master

Duration: 12-18 months

Location: Charlotte, NC

Required Pay Scale: 70-72/hr W2

• Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*

Job Summary:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex Agile enterprise environments with active Scrum certifications.
• Expert in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, PI Planning, backlog refinement, dependency management, and Agile coaching.
• Advanced experience with Jira, JQL, and Jira Align; ability to maintain accurate reporting and delivery visibility.
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve backlog management, story creation, and team productivity.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
