Agile Coach
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ month contract
Position Overview:
As a member of the Digital Acceleration Learning and Development team, you will play an integral role in improving the overall Agile maturity of the whole IT organization. Your experience and expertise training teams on various Agile frameworks and concepts, will enable you to play a key role in the Digital Transformation as we migrate away from Waterfall and towards Agile ways of working.
Responsibilities:
- Issue resolution, develop business relationships, and apply best practice business processes and technical alternatives while operating in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Educate all roles on Lean Agile principles.
- You will be accountable for ensuring that teams are not only understanding the conceptual principals being explained but are also making the connection between those conceptual principals and the more specific ways of working being rolled out at the client.
- Strengthen the client's collective Agile know-how by actively contributing to our Training Community of Practice and other Agile-related forums which are designed to increase collaboration, further best practice, promote a culture of innovation and ensure that our new ways of working stick in the organization.
Required Experience:
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and proof of up-to-date enablements to be able to facilitate a broad range of SAFe courses.
- Hands-on experience participating in and training Scrum/SAFe events, such as DSUs, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospectives, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
- Solid working knowledge of Jira, Jira Align and similar ALM tools.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) current version certified.
