Description
Support critical applications with cloud infrastructure and various containerization technologies.
Ensure 100% SLA adherence for healthcare payment solutions across multiple platforms.
Monitor and streamline application support in an agile environment.
Conduct root cause analysis and prepare documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Provide support outside of regular office hours as needed.
Automate daily tasks using scripting languages.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support applications to meet SLA requirements.
Triage production tickets and issues effectively.
Prepare and review impact analyses based on issue analysis.
Identify root causes in code and suggest fixes.
Follow release management and code deployment processes.
Qualifications
Minimum seven years of experience in the payment technology industry.
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies in various environments.
Five to ten years of experience in a production environment with change management.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with monitoring and alerting dashboards and tools.
