Position Summary

The Agent Success Manager plays a key role in supporting agent growth, engagement, and overall success within their home office and across the broader RedKey organization. Working closely with the Branch Manager and company leadership, this role serves as a trusted resource for agents - helping them navigate day-to-day business needs, strengthen productivity habits, utilize company tools effectively, and remain connected to the RedKey community and culture.

The Agent Success Manager helps create a collaborative, service-focused environment by supporting agent development, onboarding, training initiatives, technology adoption, and overall office engagement. This role combines relationship-building, operational support, and sales-minded guidance to help agents build successful and sustainable businesses.

In addition to supporting their home office, the Agent Success Manager may assist with onboarding, training reinforcement, technology adoption, and new agent support across multiple RedKey branches as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Support & Success

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for agent questions, support needs, and day-to-day guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with agents to foster engagement, trust, and long-term connection to the company.
  • Support agents in developing productive business habits, routines, and workflows.
  • Provide guidance on company tools, systems, resources, and best practices.
  • Maintain a visible, approachable, and service-oriented presence within the office.
  • Act as a connector between agents and the appropriate company departments, resources, or leadership.

Agent Growth & Development

  • Support the Branch Manager in reinforcing agent productivity, accountability, and business growth initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding new agents and helping them successfully integrate into the office and company systems.
  • Encourage participation in company programs, trainings, events, and core service initiatives.
  • Share resources, strategies, and ideas that help agents strengthen their business and client experience.
  • Help identify opportunities for agent improvement, engagement, and professional development.
  • Reinforce adoption of company technology, CRM systems, and productivity tools.

Company-Wide Agent Support

  • Assist with onboarding and early-stage success initiatives for new agents across multiple office locations.
  • Serve as a resource for company tools, systems, and operational processes throughout the organization.
  • Support adoption of RedKey platforms, programs, and core services across branches.
  • Collaborate with leadership and office teams to ensure a consistent and positive new agent experience company-wide.
  • Travel occasionally between office locations to support trainings, onboarding, events, and agent engagement initiatives.
  • Support company-wide initiatives designed to improve agent experience, productivity, and retention.

Training & Engagement

  • Assist in coordinating office trainings, workshops, and educational opportunities.
  • Support follow-up and implementation of company-wide initiatives and sales programs.
  • Help create an environment of collaboration, learning, and peer-to-peer support.
  • Encourage agent participation and engagement across office activities and company events.
  • Assist in reinforcing company standards, tools, and best practices through ongoing communication and support.

Office Collaboration & Operations Support

  • Partner with the Branch Manager and office staff to maintain a professional, welcoming, and productive office environment.
  • Support communication and consistency around office procedures, tools, and initiatives.
  • Assist agents with navigating operational processes and connecting with appropriate departments or resources.
  • Help ensure agents receive timely support and follow-through on requests.
  • Collaborate with company leadership and shared services teams to support office and agent needs.

Transaction & Compliance Support

  • Serve as a resource for basic transaction and contract questions, escalating matters to the Branch Manager or Designated Broker when appropriate.
  • Reinforce company policies, compliance expectations, and professional standards.
  • Support accuracy and organization within transaction-related processes.
  • Encourage best practices that protect both the agent and brokerage.
  • Help reinforce consistency in operational and transactional procedures across offices.

Culture & Community

  • Champion RedKey’s culture and values of Love, Service, and Fun in daily interactions.
  • Support office events, engagement initiatives, and community involvement opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere that encourages agent connection and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Active Missouri Real Estate License required; Broker license preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of real estate sales or brokerage experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and agent workflows.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, transaction management platforms, and real estate technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining professionalism and accountability.
  • Ability to travel occasionally between RedKey office locations.
  • Passion for agent development, relationship-building, and creating a connected company culture.
