  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property information to prospective buyers.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license or currently pursuing licensure preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate or related customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of local Lafayette real estate market and property types
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple showings and appointments efficiently
