Responsibilities
- Learn to sell auto, home, life, and business insurance products
- Assist clients by identifying coverage needs and providing solutions
- Develop strong customer relationships and follow up with prospects
- Support daily agency operations and customer service activities
- Participate in training, coaching, and mentorship
- Prepare for licensing and future advancement within Farmers
Requirements
- Be open to obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
- Strong interest in a career in sales, insurance, or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
