Role Responsibilities
As an Agent in Training, you will:
Work onsite at our Burbank location
Communicate effectively with and serve Spanish-speaking clients
Leverage agency-supplied leads to drive new business and expand your client base
Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
Sell and cross-sell a wide range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
Build and maintain strong relationships through ongoing service and policy reviews
Stay updated on products, compliance requirements, and industry trends
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for candidates who:
Are fluent in Spanish and English
Have experience in insurance sales or a related field (preferred but not required)
Hold an active insurance license(s) or are willing to obtain one
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
Are motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Can build rapport with clients and deliver an excellent customer experience
