Position Summary
The Agent Experience Coordinator serves as the central operational and agent-support anchor of the office. This role ensures a welcoming, efficient, and high-functioning environment while supporting agents, facilitating CRM training, and maintaining office flow and readiness. The Agent Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in agent onboarding and offboarding, culture and engagement activities, event support, and daily administrative operations that uphold RedKey’s service standards and agent-first approach.
