Responsibilities
This is a production-focused role centered on generating and closing new business across multiple lines.
What youll be responsible for:
Prospecting Daily: Make consistent outbound sales calls to generate new opportunities and build a strong, active pipeline.
Driving New Business: Identify, quote, and close personal lines, commercial, and life insurance opportunities.
Cross-Selling with Purpose: Maximize every opportunity by uncovering additional needs and expanding each account.
Networking for Growth: Build and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Pipeline Management: Stay organized, track activity, and maintain accurate records to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion.

Whats required:
Active Property & Casualty License (Texas): Must be currently licensed and in good standing to sell in the state of Texas.

Strongly Preferred:
