Responsibilities
- Help with everyday office tasks to keep things running smoothly
- Support agency marketing and retention efforts
- Answer customer questions and help resolve issues
- Follow up on tasks and help solve problems as they come up
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, motivated & ready to learn new skills
- No prior insurance experience or special education needed — we provide all the training!
