Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and personable Aftermarket Sales Representative to manage and grow our base of direct end-user clients. This role focuses on service work, replacement systems, and upgrades—not new construction. Leads are actively provided through our internal quoting team, service techs, and inbound inquiries—this is not a cold-calling grind.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on qualified leads generated by our service and estimating teams
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, maintenance directors, and end users
Provide quotes and proposals for service work, upgrades, and replacements
Conduct site visits to assess existing equipment and customer needs
Collaborate with service and installation teams to schedule work
Maintain activity logs and updates in our CRM system
Help drive customer satisfaction through responsive and knowledgeable support
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in B2B sales or customer relationship management
Industry knowledge in overhead doors, dock equipment, or building maintenance is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable with basic tech tools (email, Excel, CRM software)
Comfortable walking into Businesses to generate new leads
