Description
Drive the growth of aftermarket service offerings across North America
Identify and develop opportunities across:
Spare parts
Inspection and performance audits
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Equipment upgrades, revamps, and optimisation
Long-term service agreements (LTSA)
Build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, maintenance teams, and engineers
Act as a trusted advisor, delivering solution-oriented support and identifying improvement opportunities
Partner with internal teams to support proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract execution
Leverage internal tools and market insights to uncover new business
Strengthen and support a network of third-party representatives across the region
Capture customer feedback to inform future service offerings and innovation initiatives
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
Background in:
Power generation, thermal systems, or heavy industrial environments
OR aftermarket/service sales within capital equipment industries
Strong commercial acumen combined with technical credibility
Ability to build trust and identify customer needs and pain points
