If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.What You Will DoAnalyze, track, and dispose of nonconforming, returned, or damaged materials, acting as a part of the Material Review Board (MRB)Lead structured problem-solving (5 Whys, 3-Legged, 8D) to identify root causes, field failures, or repair issues to prevent recurrencesDevelop, review, and approve technical repair schemes and work instructions for aerospace parts (structures, castings, raw material, etc.)Analyze defect trends to update maintenance strategies, spare part designs, and standard work instructionsEnsure MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) activities comply with AS9100, FAA, and FAR145 requirements, including conducting internal and supplier auditsMonitor key quality metrics (PPM, Cost of Poor Quality) to evaluate repair process stability and effectivenessAct as the technical point of contact for customers to resolve quality disputes, investigate complaints, and interface with OEMs regarding repair approvalsWhat You Will BringBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Automotive with 2-4 years of experience in manufacturingUnderstanding of GD&T in a manufacturing environmentExperience in aerospace manufacturing, overhaul, or supplier quality preferredFamiliarity with FAA repair stations regulations, AS9110 standards, and AS9102C First Article Inspection (FAI) a plusFamiliarity with QMS software and SAP or other ERP systemsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to work with technicians, engineers, internal, and external customersPay Range$70,000 - $75,000 per yearCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
