Part-Time | Weekdays Only (Approx. 1:30–5:30 PM)
$22–$26/hr + Full-Time Benefits for Part-Time Staff!

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • No nights. No weekends. (Yes, really!)

  • Consistent weekday schedule that works around your life

  • Full benefits at just 20 hours/week (medical, dental, vision & more!)

  • Paid training and growth opportunities

  • A leadership role where your creativity and ideas matter

  • Be part of a team recognized as a Top Workplace (and proud of it!)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a school-age after school program site

  • Supervise and support your team (Group Leaders & Aides)

  • Plan fun, engaging activities (games, enrichment, homework time, outdoor play)

  • Build positive relationships with parents, school staff, and your team

  • Keep your site organized and running smoothly (attendance, communication, light admin)

Who This Role Is Great For

You don’t need to come from a traditional classroom to succeed here.

We’re looking for people with leadership experience and a heart for working with kids, such as:

  • Coaches or athletic leaders

  • Youth group or ministry leaders

  • Scout leaders or camp counselors

  • Education assistants or paraprofessionals

  • Or anyone who has taken the lead with groups of children

What You’ll Need

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

  • Some experience working with or leading groups of children

  • Leadership skills, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to work Monday–Friday afternoons

Why It Matters

You won’t just run a program—you’ll create a space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and play. That’s the kind of impact that sticks.

Not Quite Ready to Lead? We’ve Got You Covered.

If you love working with kids but aren’t quite ready to lead a full program yet, that’s okay!

Many of our Site Coordinators started as Group Leaders—gaining hands-on experience, building leadership skills, and growing into management roles over time.

Apply anyway, and we’ll connect you with a role that’s the right fit. Your path to leadership can start here!
