Position Title: After School Program Instructor
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Summary: This role involves working with special needs children in an after school setting, focusing on teamwork and positivity. The instructor prepares snacks, manages client needs, facilitates engaging activities (arts, cooking, social skills), and ensures safety and cleanliness. They support individualized goals, supervise behavior, and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, some experience or studies in education or special needs, reliability, good communication, and CPR/First Aid certification.
