This position is contingent upon contract award. This will be located at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. Key responsibilities include Aerospace Studies Instruction, Cadet Training and Development, Cadet Administration and Personnel Support, Resource Management and Operational Support, Recruiting and Outreach, and Continuous Improvement and Mission Support.
Salary range: $85,000 -- $100,000 (annually)

Qualifications: Skills include intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Required behaviors are being a team player, enthusiastic, and dedicated. Required education is a bachelor's degree or better. Required experience includes four years in military, leadership, training, education, or operational experience, preferably within the U.S. Air Force or DoD. Experience instructing, mentoring, or developing personnel in academic, military, or professional environments required. Experience supporting administrative management, personnel programs, recruiting, cadet or officer development, training coordination, and military regulations, systems, or reporting processes preferred.
