YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING SITE MANAGER

This position offers full-time or part-time hours with varied shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM in a flexible hybrid structure, dispatching directly from home to your assigned service area.


In this full-time or part-time role, you'll connect with residents and applicants, guiding them through housing applications with care and clarity while ensuring full compliance with fair housing standards. Throughout the day, you coordinate with vendors to keep properties running smoothly, whether it's scheduling maintenance, overseeing lawn care, or ensuring snow removal is completed promptly.


Here's what we need from you:

  • Experience in property management (preferably affordable housing)
  • Understanding of fair housing laws and principles
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred candidates have experience with affordable housing compliance regulations and strong customer service skills.
