Position Summary
The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the medical spa and wellness center. This role ensures seamless clinic operations, exceptional client experiences, and effective team leadership while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, implement SOPs, manage vendors, and maintain inventory.
  • Client Experience: Ensure five-star service, manage scheduling systems, and resolve client concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance reviews; ensure certifications are maintained.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulations; manage documentation and licensing.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate on promotions, membership programs, and client retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery practice, dermatology clinic, or luxury wellness center.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and business management skills.
  • Experience with EMR and scheduling systems (Aesthetic Record or Symplast preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and beauty.
