Johnson Service GROUP a national Staffing company is looking for an Aerospace Sales Manager with 1-5 years’ experience working in an Aerospace environment. This is a Direct hire job in Chatsworth for an Antenna company,

Salary:$85K
 
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or technical products is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred, but not required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and support assigned customer accounts and product lines
  • Process and coordinate purchase orders using ERP systems (Epicor)
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
  • Build strong relationships with customers through consistent communication
  • Partner with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze reports and track key metrics to support sales performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and account growth
  • Provide backup support to customer service team members as needed
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or technical products is a plus
