Location: Everett, WA
Pay Rate: $32/hr
We are seeking experienced Aerospace Instructors with strong technical skills to teach aerospace production courses. Candidates will provide hands-on training in electrical, mechanical, sealant, and safety processes for aerospace personnel. Military veterans with technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Interview Requirements:
Business casual attire is required. Interviews may be ended early if dress code is not followed.
Candidates must be able to stand and instruct for full-day sessions.
Teach aircraft electrical installations and assembly work
Electrical functional test troubleshooting
Electrical crimping and soldering
Basic mechanical skills
Electrical installations, bonding & grounding
Aircraft assembly, heavy structure drilling, and/or maintenance
Blueprint reading, production standards, and functional testing
Aircraft systems operation, familiarization, and troubleshooting
Aircraft sealant application experience
Clean and apply sealant to aircraft components accurately
Expertise in confined space procedures, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT regulations, and fall protection
Strong technical skills in aerospace production
Experience instructing technical courses in aerospace or related industries
Ability to stand and teach full days
Professionalism and strong communication skills
Expected 40–43 hours/week
Shifts may vary:
1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (± 1 hour)

North: Everett Area – 1st or 2nd shift
