About the Role Youre Considering
Your Mission As a Delivery Manager, you will:

What You Bring
Engineering Expertise Background in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Industry Knowledge Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and aircraft assembly line operations.
Proven Leadership 10+ years in engineering and 5+ years in project/program management within aerospace or defense.
Client Engagement Skills Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Project Management Mastery Skilled in tools like JIRA, MS Project, and SharePoint; experienced in managing global, multicultural teams.
Technical Insight Familiarity with systems engineering, mechanical design processes, and stress analysis for airframes.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $119,000.00-$160,000.00. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
