Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead requirements development, systems integration, and verification activities across highly complex aerospace and defense programs. This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure technical performance, program execution, and customer requirements are successfully achieved throughout the product lifecycle.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage system requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead systems integration, verification, validation, and qualification testing.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
- Perform trade studies, risk assessments, and technical analysis.
- Support customer design reviews and program milestones.
- Develop interface control documents and systems architecture.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense standards throughout development.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience within aerospace or defense.
- Experience with requirements management, systems integration, and V&V activities.
- Familiarity with DOORS, Cameo, MBSE, or similar systems engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
