Responsible for developing CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, supporting production, and managing workflow to meet schedules. Evaluates tools, performs root cause analysis, and collaborates with engineering and production teams to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Incorporates Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Qualifications include 3+ years of CNC machining and programming experience, proficiency in NX or Mastercam, knowledge of aerospace manufacturing, fixture design, and familiarity with outside processing. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Physical requirements include extended screen time and long hours.
