Join the Assembly Team at Re:Build Cutting Dynamics as we expand our capabilities to meet growing demand. This role is based at our Avon Lake, Ohio facility and operates on a first-shift schedule (6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday).

- Our Scope: From build-to-print and by-the-hour engineering/design to advanced program development, production, and proprietary product creation. We support complex systems and products across product/systems design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and high-volume contract manufacturing for customers in aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Install and assemble screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and related components.
- Maintain component and hardware inventory; ensure department supplies are available.
- Organize your work area and care for assembly tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality, and shop teams to coordinate work and resolve quality concerns.
- Accurately complete legible reports and associated paperwork.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Competence in inspection techniques.
- Comfort with basic mathematics.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical capability.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Clear communicator and dependable teammate.
- Demonstrated integrity and safety mindset.
