What You’ll Do

  • Install and assemble screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and related components.
  • Maintain component and hardware inventory; ensure department supplies are available.
  • Organize your work area and care for assembly tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Management, Foreman, Operators, Quality, and shop teams to coordinate work and resolve quality concerns.
  • Accurately complete legible reports and associated paperwork.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Competence in inspection techniques.
  • Comfort with basic mathematics.
  • Mechanical aptitude and technical capability.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Clear communicator and dependable teammate.
  • Demonstrated integrity and safety mindset.
