- We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer experience solutions.
- The candidate will be responsible for defining the architecture of AEP, ensuring seamless data integration, real-time personalization, and scalable customer journeys across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Design and configure Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Integrate AEP with enterprise applications, cloud services, and marketing automation tools.
- Define data ingestion, identity resolution, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, IT) to align AEP capabilities with business goals.
- Ensure platform governance, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Provide best practices and thought leadership in digital marketing, personalization, and customer engagement.
Essential Skills:- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
- Hands-on experience with data architecture, data pipelines, and identity resolution.
- Strong understanding of customer data management, personalization, and omnichannel marketing.
- Experience with Adobe Launch/Tags, APIs, and cloud integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and data modeling.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and solution design experience.
- Experience (Years): 8 12 (with at least 3+ years in AEP architecture/implementation)
Desirable Skills:- Experience with Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or Journey Orchestration.
- Prior healthcare or insurance domain experience.
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
