AEM Forms Developer
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Strongsville, OH, 44136 / Dallas, TX, 75234
5 days/week in office with some possible flexibility
Pay Rate: $60 to 80/hr. on W2 ONLY
Length of Assignment: 12 Months Contract to Hire role

AEM Forms Developer / Engineer (Cloud & AI Exposure). Overview Seeking a hands-on AEM Forms Developer with strong AEM Forms engineering experience, plus exposure to cloud implementations and AI-enabled document processing. Ideal for candidates who have built and integrated forms at scale and are comfortable working in on-prem as well as modern cloud environments.
Must-Have Skills Required (8+ Years of Experience Required):
1. Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Forms,
2. Hands-on development of: XDP Forms, Adaptive Forms, HTML5 Forms.
3. Solid Java development experience.
4. AEM Custom Component development experience.
5. Experience integrating AEM Forms with backend systems using APIs.
6. Strong knowledge of: XML / XSD, JavaScript, HTML / CSS.
7. Experience with: AEM Workbench, AEM Forms Designer, Sling & OSGi frameworks.
8. Source control and build tools: Git or Maven or Gradle.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred:
1. Cloud experience (AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Managed Services, Azure, AWS, or GCP),
2. Exposure to AI or intelligent document processing, such as:Intelligent Capture, OCR, classification, or data extraction.
3. OpenText experience: Intelligent Capture, Output Transformation Services (OTS), Exstream / Streamserve.
4. Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.
5. CI/CD and automated deployment experience.
Design, develop, and maintain AEM Forms solutions. Build and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows. Integrate AEM Forms with enterprise systems and third-party platforms. Support on-prem and cloud-based AEM implementations. Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with designers, architects, and other engineers.
