JOB SUMMARY:
The AE (Associate Experience) Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support across payroll‑adjacent processes, benefits administration, HR systems, and office operations. This role supports the accurate execution of defined HR and payroll processes, assists with audit and compliance preparation, and helps maintain consistent documentation and data practices. The AE Coordinator partners closely with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Systems teams while escalating exceptions and complex issues to the appropriate owners.
Work Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm or other times within normal business hours. This is a hybrid position with some days in the office and some days remote. Whenever working remotely, the candidate's home network must meet the minimum required speed and follow the hardware connection settings determined by their provisioned equipment and department role. Additionally, candidates must have a reliable Internet connection and a designated and private home office or alternative workspace free from noise or distractions.
Pay: $45,000 - $55,000/annually; non-exempt, full-time.
