• You engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" approach, helping them find products and educating them about features.
• You promote loyalty programs and brand channels, and flex across salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom roles.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns with integrity, supporting your team and adhering to company policies.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with people, and are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
