Position Summary
At Oncourse Home Solutions (OHS), our Contact Center Sales Agents drive our revenue growth and deliver standout customer experiences. As the voice of our brand, you’ll sell home warranty and energy-related products on inbound and outbound calls, helping homeowners protect what matters most while you build a real sales career. This is a fully in-office role in our Naperville, IL location, with a Monday through Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Our collaborative, energetic office is a key part of our culture and success.
We’re hiring immediately, and this isn’t your typical call center sales role. Your base pay is $17.25/hour ($19.25/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates), plus uncapped commission. **Representatives who hit goal earn roughly $1,200 per month in commission, bringing total earnings to about $24–$25/hour at target, and top performers earn more. ** To set you up for success, a commission floor protects your pay during your first three months (post training) while you ramp up.

Commission Ramp Support
We provide a temporary commission floor during your first three months to support your ramp-up, in addition to base pay. Eligibility is contingent on meeting defined performance KPIs (e.g., attendance, productivity, sales activity). If expectations are met, you’ll earn the greater of your actual commission or the monthly floor. If KPIs are not met, the floor does not apply. This support ends after Month 3, after which earnings are fully commission-based.
