As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in partnering with leadership to drive business decisions related to personnel and organizational effectiveness. You will provide strategic and tactical HR support to Epsilon's Client Success and Services teams, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business goals. Through active listening, coaching, and sound advice, you will foster trusted relationships with leaders, managers, and employees to promote engagement, performance, and growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience. Solid understanding of HR laws, policies, and standards. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (SAP preferred). Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to travel occasionally and support in-person office initiatives.
Base Salary: $89,300.00 - $165,800.00 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
