Job Summary:
The Advisor Credit Assurance and Reporting is responsible for supporting the organization''s credit risk management framework by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of credit-related data and reporting. This role conducts credit assurance reviews, prepares regulatory and internal reports, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance credit processes and controls.

Minimum Education: Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
Minimum Experience:minimum 10 years of experience in credit risk, assurance, or financial reporting;
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with credit risk management systems and reporting tools; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; attention to detail and organizational skills; knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices; ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Primarily office-based with regular interaction with credit, risk, and finance teams; may require occasional travel for audits or regulatory meetings; fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; adherence to firm standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
