    Description

    A tactical, execution-focused role responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of CAP"s manual ad inventory systems. This role is the operational backbone that ensures deal capacity data is reliable and current.

    Key job responsibilities

    Manage and maintain manual inventory systems, including inventory management system

    Input, update, and reconcile inventory data received from multiple sources (Sales, Partner Management, Ad Ops)

    Perform daily audits to ensure data accuracy and flag discrepancies

    Process inventory holds, releases, and adjustments based on deal activity

    Generate routine inventory reports and surface availability issues

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather required data inputs

    Support the transition to order management system by maintaining data hygiene during migration
