This position is responsible for overseeing the entry, integrity, and maintenance of alumni and donor data within the Raiser's Edge database to support the college's engagement and philanthropic initiatives. The role develops and maintains data standards, processes, and tools to ensure accurate data collection, verification, reporting, and analysis. It manages data imports, record coding, and database audits while fulfilling requests for reports, mailing lists, and information to support development, stewardship, and alumni engagement activities. The position also collaborates with campus offices and the Rhode Island College Alumni and Foundation, serves as the liaison to IT for system support, and assists with staff training and reporting needs.
Primary Purpose
This role is responsible for oversight of entry, integrity and maintenance of data contained in the Raiser's Edge database management system, as utilized to support engagement and philanthropic work of the college.
