Option 1: 4 × 10-hour shifts
Option 2: 5 × 8-hour shifts
Patient Load: Gradual ramp-up ~18 patients/day
Compensation: $136,000 – $151,000/year (DOE)
Estimated Weekly Pay:$2,615 – $2,904/week
Provide full-scope family practice primary care services in a team-based outpatient clinic. Manage acute and chronic conditions, deliver preventive care, and support patient education while collaborating closely with physicians and care teams.
Active Washington ARNP license (or PA-C equivalent)
Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
Active DEA license required
Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
Ability to manage pediatric through geriatric populations
Strong communication and patient management skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans
Deliver preventive care and patient education
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Collaborate with Medical Director and interdisciplinary team
