QUALIFICATIONS
PAY: $120,000 per year plus bonus opportunities
BENEFITS:
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADVANCED PRACTICE REGISTERED NURSE
This is a full-time nursing position, working 7 AM to 7 PM.
As our Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, you'll travel within your assigned service area to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, managing both chronic conditions and acute concerns. You'll provide thoughtful, comprehensive care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure each patient receives the follow-up and continuity they deserve.
