Mosaic Life Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our expert Bariatric team at our St. Joseph facility. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment and follow-up plans, and collaborating closely with surgeons, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals. Your work will support patients throughout their weight loss journey, ensuring they receive comprehensive, compassionate care every step of the way.

70% Outpatient/30% Inpatient
Established patient practice
Manage a 3-call average while responding to patients, counseling patients, and assisting in surgeries.

NP Requirements:
Successful completion of an APRN master's nursing degree
Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
Current DEA licensure
Additional Qualifications:
Possess ability to work independently/autonomously and interdependently with other health care professionals
Have extensive patient assessment skills using diagnostic methods and instruments with the ability to develop appropriate plan of care, modifying as indicated
Possess effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and members of the health care team
