What You'll Champion:
- Part‑time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) opportunity with the Trauma & Critical Care team at WellSpan York Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center
- Rotating day/night schedule with 13‑hour shifts (6:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.), including every third weekend
- Flexible rotating schedule consisting of three (3) 13‑hour shifts per pay period, with a 1‑hour sign‑out period, equating to 40 hours biweekly
- Provide advanced practice coverage for two 10‑bed Intensive Care Units (ICUs) in a high‑acuity inpatient setting
- Physician Assistants must have completed a Critical Care Fellowship
- Non‑surgical critical care role; ideal candidates will have a background in Critical Care Medicine or Emergency Medicine
