This is a full-time opportunity focused on providing high-quality primary pediatric care from well-child visits and preventive health to same-day sick visits. You ll practice in a collaborative, supportive environment alongside experienced pediatric physicians, fellow APPs, and dedicated support staff, all while enjoying a predictable schedule and an excellent work-life balance. Position Highlights:
High-performing practice that includes 6 collaborating Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners
Patient panel from birth through age 21
Flexibility to work a 4-day work week
Average 20-25 patients per day
No weekend hours minimal call for practice only, approx. 3-4 weeks per year.

Minimum Requirements:
Active NP or PA
Minimum master s degree required
Experience preferred, new grads welcome with pediatric rotation experience
