### Advanced Practice Provider Critical Care Summary
Assist collaborating physicians in providing assessments, diagnosis, care and treatment of patients in an acute care setting.
### Advanced Practice Provider Critical Care Responsibilities
• Appropriate ordering of tests and medications • Coordinating admissions and/or transfers to other facilities • Consult with multidisciplinary team in patient coordination of care and discharge planning

### Requirements
• Critical Care experience required • Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekend rotations and nights. 7A-7P/7P-7A • Bachelor of Science, Masters preferred in an AMA approved PA or NP program • NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License or Limited Permit • PA or NP Board Certification • BLS and ACLS certification
### Position Requirements
Position requires to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
Salary Range -------------
Starting from USD $69.54/Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
