A leader in acute inpatient rehabilitation on Long Island, St. Charles Campus provides specialized care for patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic injuries. Job Details:

Advanced Practice Providers Responsibilities include:

  • St. Charles Campus APP's are available to our patients and their families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Deliver care from admission to discharge
  • Order and follow up on test results, and adjust treatment if needed 

Advanced Practice Provider Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required
  • NYS Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner License or Limited Permit
  • Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekend rotations.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and effective communications skills to enhance patient care, team collaboration and analytical problem solving 
  • Must be able to multitask and follow through. 
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office and be able to work with an electronic medical record

 

 

 

Posted Salary Range: Starting from USD $63.38/Hr. :

The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
