Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital located in Indianapolis IN.
• Full-time days • Weekend call rotation is required. Frequency of each will be determined by the practice. • Multidisciplinary approach with the team of specialty physicians and advanced practice providers • Competitive compensation & excellent benefits package • Experience in Advanced Heart Failure is strongly preferred • Hard working proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care • New graduate Nurse Practitioners will be considered must have at least 3-5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac ICU settings
Licensure & Certifications -------------------------
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
