Position: Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

Lumora Talent Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic team. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients. This position is open to both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in primary care or a specialized field.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections

- Prescribe and manage medications, treatments, and therapies

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options

- Provide counseling and support to patients for lifestyle modifications and disease prevention

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

- Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and guidelines

Requirements:

- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different locations as needed
